The heritage of three generations combined with modern milling, Filippini Flour comes from the heart of Valtellina, a valley rich in biodiversity surrounded by alpine mountains. With Filippini Pasta Mix you can make your own fresh pasta shapes at home from tagliatelle to ravioli adding eggs for a richer taste. Filippini pasta mix contains buckwheat flour which is a traditionally gluten free seed and often called a ‘pseudocereal’ as it is used like a cereal grain. Buckwheat is beneficial as it is higher in fibre, vitamins and minerals than other gluten free flours.
