It is often thought that Vermicelli is a thin noodle pasta but in Italy Vermicelli is a long pasta cut that is actually slightly thicker than Spaghetti. Use in place of spaghetti if you want a robust long pasta to soak up a chunky sauce. Garofalo pasta is formed through a bronze die this method allows a little friction on the surface of the pasta, which becomes slightly rough and porous allowing the sauce to cling and be absorbed into the pasta giving a delightful eating experience. Suitable for Vegans & Vegetarians, Kosher.
